I thought having this kind of figure is already okay but when I met with my high scool friend Eliz, my perception has changed. Well, i am not thin but not obese either. It’s just that I am showing signs of obesity, according to my friend. Eliz is a gym instructor and knows what she’s talking about. I agree to her, I must at least, tone my body to avoid obesity.
Eliz said toning the body does not require extensive gym workouts. She claims everyone can stay fit and healthy by simply dancing! Now how good is that? Eliz recommended the zumba dvd workout. Not only is it a fun workout that involves dancing with maracas, but also a healthy body exercise. She said it would be better to do these whole sort of Zumba workouts with other friends and that was actually a brilliant idea! Today, Eliz serves as our workout instructor and I can see the big difference on my body and health.
