Weight Loss tips Part 1

Summer season is the season that you realize that you are not in perfect shape.  Everyone is looking for a quick and easy weight loss program, so here are some tips to quickly get in shape:

- Drink lots of water. A person must have a minimum of 8 glasses of water in a day. Avoid soft drinks or carbonated beverages; moreover replace them with water.

- Spread your meals. Eating several small meals helps the body to release less insulin, which keeps blood sugar steady and helps to control hunger. Try to spread your meals to 5 to 6 instead of the usual 3.

- Eat the actual fruit and avoid drinking powdered fruit juice. These juices are notorious for preservatives and have high sugar content. 

- Go for walks instead of sitting infront of the TV or the computer.  If there is a longer route to a place you need to be in – take that for the extra steps.
