- Prefer having meals at home. Food available at fast food and restaurants are known to have more fat and sugar content.
- Drop your other breakfast meals and eat Cereals. It gives you more calcium that your body needs with less fat than your average breakfast food.
- Avoid “white” foods as they contain higher carbohydrates which will add to weight and fats. Replace your white food products with brown, ex: Brown Rice, Brown Sugar etc.
- Use vegetables to make meals and eat more vegetables
- After every 2 hours, stand up and walk around your office.
